Workshops

Workshops enable participants to be introduced to new techniques for identifying and addressing issues before, during, or after the issue arises. Workshops allow participants to not only learn the process of identifying and addressing issues, but to be facilitated by a trained professional. Workshops are typically planned for 1/2 to 2 day sessions.

    Participants will experience a sample of what a Life Plan can do to help them take greater responsibility for their lives, their families, and their businesses.

    The goal of this workshop is to: Craft an action plan that helps you align who you are and what you value with the opportunities that the marketplace presents.

    Applied Intelligence is the practice of mindfully taking responsibility for and managing your behavior.

    The goal of this workshop is to: Convey your true character, optimize your potential and help others through your behavior.
     
  3. Personality, Power and Persuasion in Family Business
    If only Everyone was like Me: Style Differences as a Strategic Advantage.

    The goal of this workshop is to: Build on your collective strengths and manage your collective weaknesses to enhance your relationships and productivity, to get along better and accomplish more effectively both personally and professionally.
     
  4. Process Consulting & Working with Families
    A way to work together to achieve success as you define it.

    The goal of this workshop is to: Facilitating families' ability to work together, through direct conversations and solve their problems. This approach can be integrated with the efforts of your existing professional advisors.
